- If the air conditioning is not functional during the journey or if there is any issue with it, the price difference between the Economy Class and AC Class tickets will be reimbursed based on the Guard Certificate (CM-109).
- If your reserved seat becomes unavailable for any reason, no deduction will be made on the ticket. For this, it is necessary to obtain confirmation from the station master within one hour of the train’s departure by presenting your original ticket.
- In the event of a lost ticket, the passenger can send their identification card number along with ‘DUP’ from their mobile to 9117. By paying an additional 10% fare, the passenger can proceed with their journey on the train.
- Reservation fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
